Serving At-Risk Youth and Families Since 2001
History of the Agency
SRS, Inc. is a Nationally Accredited Organization through CARF, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, founded on February 15, 2001. Since its inception, SRS has reached milestones and expanded its delivery of services. On July 09, 2010, SRS received certification from the NC DHHS and DMA as a CABHA, Critical Access Behavioral Healthcare Agency.
Currently, SRS provides Diagnostic Assessments, Psychiatric Assessments, Medication Management, Outpatient Therapy for children, adults & families, Level III Residential Treatment, Targeted Case Management, and Intensive In-Home Services for At-Risk Children with behavioral and emotional problems displayed within their home, school, and/or community setting. We also employ Evidence Based Practice Treatment Modalities such as Strengthening Family Program, Motivational Interviewing & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Leadership
Scottie VanHook MSW, LCSW
CEO & Clinical Director
Scottie VanHook MSW, LCSW is the CEO and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the SRS CABHA Organization. He received his Master's Degree in Social Work from Fayetteville State University. Mr. VanHook also serves as the Clinical Director, providing clinical oversight and supervision of all non-medical direct care staff, designing treatment protocols, ensuring appropriate assessments for all consumers served, implementing best practice protocols, conducting service quality reviews, and designing all staff training.
